<\/a>En este texto, las autoras reflexionan sobre las contribuciones de las pr\u00e1cticas y las teorizaciones de las mujeres ind\u00edgenas en Am\u00e9rica Latina para la reformulaci\u00f3n de una antropolog\u00eda legal con perspectiva de g\u00e9nero. Consideran que las perspectivas cr\u00edticas de la antropolog\u00eda legal en los pa\u00edses latinoamericanos que incorporaron el an\u00e1lisis de g\u00e9nero son producto de un di\u00e1logo de conocimiento entre antrop\u00f3logos comprometidos con las luchas de los pueblos y mujeres ind\u00edgenas organizadas que, desde diferentes espacios y estrategias textuales colectivas y diversas, han estado reflexionando sobre su derechos como mujeres y como pueblos ind\u00edgenas y centr\u00e1ndose en particular en los espacios de justicia comunitaria. Estos di\u00e1logos cuestionaron tanto las perspectivas idealizadas de la ley ind\u00edgena como las perspectivas universalistas de los derechos de las mujeres.<\/p>\n
